Are your products made to order?

Yes. Crown & Crimson products are made to order, which means your item is produced after you place your order instead of sitting in a warehouse. This helps reduce waste and keeps each drop intentional.

How long does shipping take?

Processing and shipping times can vary depending on the product, destination, and current production volume. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Will my order come in multiple packages?

Some orders may ship separately depending on the items ordered and where they are produced. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has gone into production, we will not be able to change it.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

How should I apply my sticker?

Clean the surface before applying your sticker. Make sure the area is dry, smooth, and free of dust or oil. Apply slowly from one side to the other to avoid bubbles.

When are new designs dropping?

New designs and drops will be announced through the website, emails, and Crown & Crimson socials. Join the email list to be the first to know when something new is coming.
