Crown & Crimson products are made to order, which means each item is produced after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

Please check product details, sizing information, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the problem and help make it right.

Once an order has gone into production, we will not be able to cancel or change it.
