Shipping

Crown & Crimson products are made to order then shipped directly to you. Because each item is produced after your order is placed, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, and current production volume.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email so you can follow your package.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on the items ordered and where they are produced. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Please make sure all your information is correct before placing your order. If you notice an issue after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has gone into production, we will not be able to make changes.
